BeamWorks Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of the BeamWorks Sourcing website and the inquiry form. The site is an independent sourcing desk for business buyers who want factory quotations on alternative prefabricated residential systems. It is not a manufacturer storefront.

Identity limit

Names of third-party brands may appear because buyers search those names. Appearance is not affiliation, dealership, endorsement, or a right to supply that brand product. BeamWorks Sourcing does not claim authorized dealer status. Quotations, if a factory issues them, come from that factory on the scope the buyer described.

No project approval

Content about wind speed, snow load, seismic design category, HUD Code, IRC, IBC, or similar topics is a checklist. It is not a sealed calculation, a permit, or a statement that a building complies at a specific address. The buyer and licensed professionals remain responsible for design, code submission, and site work.

Catalog and images

Product names are inquiry options. An empty image source means a photograph has not been attached. It does not mean a unit is in stock, reserved, or compatible with a named brand plan. Prices are not listed because this desk does not hold a current same-scope quotation file.

Submissions

You agree that the requirement text, company name, and contact details may be used to clarify the brief and to request quotations from suppliers. Optional budget and supplier preference are your instructions. They are not a rating produced by this desk. Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to share, and do not submit personal data about people who are not part of the buying team.

Benefit note

Any sourcing support described in the site banner is limited to the eligibility sentence shown there. It is not a guaranteed discount, a lowest-price promise, or a figure this desk has calculated from your project.

Liability

The site is provided as a coordination aid. BeamWorks Sourcing is not liable for supplier performance, freight events, code decisions, or differences between a reference brand and an alternative system. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the amount you paid this desk for the sourcing service, which may be zero if no paid service was agreed in writing.

Changes

These terms may be updated by posting a revised page. Continued use of the form after the revision is the acceptance path for new inquiries. Earlier submissions stay under the terms posted when they were sent.
