BeamWorks Sourcing privacy policy

This policy describes how BeamWorks Sourcing handles information submitted through the inquiry form and ordinary server logs. The desk is an independent sourcing service. It does not ask you to create a public profile.

What you may send

The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone number, a company, and a procurement requirement. You may also enter a reference product, an optional budget, a currency, a per-module or whole-project basis, and a supplier preference. Those extra items become part of the procurement requirement you submit.

Why it is used

The text is used to understand the building use, quantity, destination, timing, and scope, and to contact you about factory quotations. It is not used to publish a testimonial. Do not include information about residents or employees unless your organization has the right to share it for this purchase.

What is not collected on purpose

The form has no upload control and no account password. Payment card numbers are not requested. If you type a card number into the requirement box, delete the draft and send the brief without it.

Sharing

Relevant parts of a brief may be shared with factories asked to quote, and with service providers who host the form. Brand owners of products you mention are not automatically notified. Sharing is for the quotation task, not for advertising lists.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept long enough to answer the brief, compare quotations, and meet accounting or dispute needs. A specific retention number is not stated here because the production mailbox settings are outside this template. You may ask, through the same form, what was stored about your company.

Cookies and the benefit banner

The sourcing banner stores a first-shown time in local storage and a session flag if you hide the banner. That storage supports the display window described on the page. It is not a marketing profile.

Use the contact form and write that the message is a privacy request. There is no separate postal address published for this desk.
